          - Exercise rate: 16%/share (shareholders will receive VND1,600 for every share they own) in which:
+ Remaining dividend payment in 2023 is 4%/share (shareholders will receive VND400 for every share they own);
+ Dividend payment in 2024 is 12%/share (shareholders will receive VND1,200 for every share they own).

          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Financial Accounting Department - Trung An water supply joint stock company (No. 449-451, Tan Son Street, Ward 12, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City), phone: 028 35885672) on working days from 27/06/2025 . Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
