- Mr. Pham Quang Thiep has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since 27/06/2025
- Mr. Le Xuan Thanh has been appointed Member of the BOD cum General Manager with effect since 27/06/2025
- Mr. Ly Duc Tam has been appointed Member of the BOD cum Deputy General Manager with effect since 27/06/2025
- Mr. Ngo Xuan Giang has been appointed Chief Accountant cum Head of Finance and Accounting Dept with effect since 27/06/2025
