Japanese food manufacturer Glico on Wednesday announced that it will partner with Con Cung, Viet Nam’s largest mom-and-baby retail chain to distribute its Glico ICREO’s premium nutrition.


Japanese food manufacturer Glico on Wednesday announced that it will partner with Con Cưng, Việt Nam’s largest mom-and-baby retail chain to distribute its Glico ICREO’s premium nutrition.

The partnership, Glico said, will ensure greater accessibility to Glico ICREO’s premium nutrition.

Under the co-operation, Glico ICREO will be available at 150 Con Cưng outlets and its e-commerce platform from October 2024.

This partnership complements the brand’s existing nationwide availability in over 12,000 general trade milk stores and all major mom-and-baby chains, including Kidsplaza, Avakids, and Soc & Brothers, as well as their respective e-commerce platforms.

By 2025, the partnership will extend to all 700 Con Cưng outlets across Việt Nam, serving over nine million families annually. With this expansion, Glico is poised to become the household name for premium child nutrition in Việt Nam, empowering parents with greater access to high-quality products that support their children’s healthy development.

On the same day, the company announced the launching of new product, Glico ICREO Learning Milk, in Vietnamese market.

The new product is a premium formula specially designed for children aged three and above.

With Việt Nam as the first launch market, Glico takes a significant step towards broadening its portfolio and meeting the evolving needs of young children in the region.

“We are excited to launch Glico ICREO Learning Milk in Việt Nam, bringing Japanese-quality nutrition trusted by mothers for six consecutive years,” said Keiichiro Tsuji, country head of Ezaki Glico Vietnam.
