     * Dividend payment in cash 2023 - 2024:
          - Exercise rate: 30%/share (Shareholders receive VND3,000 for every shre they own)
          - Exercise date: 19/11/2024
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Cao Bang Sugar JSC (Ta Lung town, Quang Hoa district, Cao Bang province) on working days from 19/11/2024. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
