Following Decision No. 390/QD-SGDHN dated April 15, 2024, HNX announces VE8 stock remains under continued alert as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: VE8
- Effective date: 19/04/2024
- Base of review: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Applicable law(s): Points b and c Section 1 Article 37 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
