On April 15, 2024, HNX announces the status of VNECO8 Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation's shares (stock code: VE8) as follows:
- VE8 stock is under alert under Decision No. 390/QD-SGDHN dated 15/04/2024 as the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2023;
- VE8 stock is under supervision under Decision No. 391/QD-SGDHN dated 15/04/2024 as the profit after tax 2022 and 2023 in the Audited Financial Statements 2023 was negative.
- VE8 stock is under alert under Decision No. 390/QD-SGDHN dated 15/04/2024 as the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the auditor gave qualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2023;
- VE8 stock is under supervision under Decision No. 391/QD-SGDHN dated 15/04/2024 as the profit after tax 2022 and 2023 in the Audited Financial Statements 2023 was negative.
