VC9: Decision on stock under continued alert and Notice on stock status
On 28/03/2024, HNX announces that the following stock remains under alert under Decision No. 180/QD-SGDHN:
- Issuer: No. 9 Construction Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: VC9
- Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative
- Ground for alert: Audited Consolidated Financial Statements 2023 by CPA Vietnam Auditing Company Limited
- Effective date: 02/04/2024
- Applicable regulation: Point b, Section 1, Article 37 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, No. 9 Construction JSC shall report to the Hanoi Stock Exchange alongside remedial measures for the continued alert status. The reporting shall also be carried out periodically on a quarterly basis.
